Position Overview

We require enthusiastic individuals to regularly engage with clients, along with ensuring the clinic's experience is kept at a high quality. This position is catered to a candidate looking to gain administrative and managerial skills, along with utilizing their creative energy.  Our staff will also enjoy credits to use in-house for massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic services!

The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality. Experience with billing, invoicing, collections and creating email communication would be an asset. The ideal candidate should have flexibility in working mornings (starting at 8:00am), evenings (until 8:00 pm), and Saturdays.

Responsibilities include:

-High quality interactions with clients

-Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments

-Payment reconciliation

-Weekly reporting of clinic stats

-Maintaining and managing accounts receivables

-Managing, training, and overseeing the client experience team

-Direct support to the clinic director with reporting and billing

-Administrative tasks as assigned

-Understanding and selling related health care services and products

-Developing and delivering company promotions and onsite marketing events

Clinical Approach

We're looking for a chiropractor who combines hands-on care with active rehabilitation and patient education.

Compensation and Requirements: 

• Independent contractor arrangement with a flexible schedule

• $100 per session hour, appointments are a minimum of 45–50 minutes

• Expected commitment: 4–5 hours must be made available per week 

• Be able to service one or more of the following regions: Scarborough, East York/Beaches, North Toronto/North York, Etobicoke/North Etobicoke and/or Downtown Toronto)

• Travel and equipment (plinth) are your responsibility

• Complimentary homecare training, clinical rounds, and quarterly research updates

Skills:

You want to be part of a growing physiotherapy company, seeking to expand its home care network. You will combine manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, education, and coaching into client care. You will also possess strong organization skills, caseload relationship management and retention skills. You are independent and a good communicator

Experience:

• Prior experience in an outpatient or homecare setting (minimum 1–2 years) is preferred.

Location: Foundation Physiotherapy & Performance – Trinity Bellwoods

Requirements: 

• Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• Hold a Diploma in Sport Medicine through the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM).

Compensation:

• Maintain 100% of your annual billing structure.
• Expected commitment: Position can start at one shift/week and progress as need increases.

Skills:

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with allied health care specialists to develop personalized treatment plans using the best evidence.
• Multidisciplinary Medical team includes: Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic surgeon and Physiatrist.
• Rehabilitation team includes: Chiropractor, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists and osteopath.
